Shipping

We may ship to almost anywhere in the world using USPS. To determine shipping costs, please add the applicable items to your cart that you wish to purchase and provide the appropriate shipping address. Please note that different countries have different regulations on how they handle imported goods. As a result, some orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to additional custom or import taxes or fees.

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. Shipping times vary, but a general guide is provided below. We will send you an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to activate. For international orders, once the package leaves the United States, the tracking links may not update, but the package will still be on its way.

Domestic Shipping (within the United States)

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class and Priority): 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping (USPS Express Mail): 2-3 business days

International Shipping (varies per country)

  • First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
  • Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)

 


Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Pickler purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return items that are in their original, new condition (unworn, unwashed and free of fragrance, smoke and odor) within 10 days of the date of delivery. Pickler may refuse to accept a return of any custom product made especially for you, as stated on the product page. Please also be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for any return shipping charges. All returns will be inspected by Pickler upon receipt. Accepted returns will be eligible for Pickler credit or an exchange may be processed. With respect to exchanges, we cannot guarantee that all items or sizes will be in stock for exchanges. Further, exchanges may be subject to additional shipping charges.

To return or exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note whether Pickler credit or an exchange is desired. If an exchange is desired, please also note the new size or item desired.
  2. Mail your return to:

  3. Once your return is received, inspected and accepted, we will either issue you Pickler credit or process your exchange.

If we made a mistake on your order or your item arrived defective, please email thepickler@pickle4.com and we will make things right.
