MLP San Clemente delivered a thrilling weekend packed with standout performances. AJ Koller and Rafa Hewett stepped in as substitutes for the Brooklyn Pickleball Team. They made an immediate impact, helping Brooklyn dominate the LA Mad Drops, who were coming off an undefeated run at MLP Daytona Beach. The “Super Subs” brought high energy and standout performances, playing a key role in keeping Brooklyn in fourth place in the standings.
The Columbus Sliders were another highlight of the weekend, going 3–1 and climbing three spots in the Premier Level standings. Parris Todd, Lea Jansen, CJ Klinger, and Andrei Daescu led the charge with dominant play across all matches.
On the Challenger Level side, San Clemente marked the second event of the season. The Las Vegas Night Owls continued to prove they’re the team to beat, cruising to a win over the No. 2 Nashville Chefs. Their only loss of the season came this weekend in a fierce Dreambreaker match against the D.C. Pickleball Team.
